Roundtable workshops

This program is based on the highly successful Roundtable workshops run for CEO's and business owners. It has been developed specifically for designers to allow them to participate without compromising their client base. It gives the participants the opportunity to receive mentoring advice in a targeted series of sessions. Topics covered include; growth strategies, staffing issues, marketing problems, financial planning and business plans. It will run for 4 months with 1 x two hour session per month. At each meeting participants will use the peers in their group and the facilitator to explore issues related to their business.

The workshops format:

The first session is used to identify the common issues that the participants want to cover. We each explain our studio set up and how we are working currently and where we would like to be in 2 years time. In the first session we will get into examining these issues. The content for the following sessions will be agreed upon by the group by the end of the first session.

When: This will be run on demand when there are at least 5 participants registered.

The course presenter
The workshop will be facilitated by a Greg Branson. Greg developed the Roundtable workshops based on his 10 years experience in similar CEO roundtable workshops. In 25 years of running a studio Greg has faced and resolved all the issues that a design studio has. He used his time in the CEO roundtable workshops to resolve these issues. In this series of sessions Greg will pass on his experience.
