Job costing workshop

Putting real value on design
Most studios cost on a historical basis. Their rate is based on what they think their previous employer charged. Or it is based on what they previously charged.

The Job costing workshop will show you how to develop an accurate job costing system based on the cost of running your studio.
It will show you how to get added return on your design work by increasing productivity.

This 3 hour workshop helps graphic designers work out what it costs to run their business and how to convert that into a job costing system.

What they said
I found your Job Costing Workshop informative and sobering... in fact, I got my end-of-year financials out the minute I returned to the studio, and put your job costing calculations to work. The results weren't pretty, but it made me realise how long we have been undercharging and undervaluing the premium service we give to our clients.
